Donors will likely experience failures when attempting to pay or sign up with credit cards.

We recommend that Danish telemarketing prioritise agreements via Betalingsservice until the issue with NETS is resolved as VippsMobilePay may also be affected.

Resolved - We have identified Onboarding Sessions for Agreement Update that were received, but not processed correctly regarding DataSet and Agreement updates. Some Agreements may therefore not reflect the most recent changes.

We will process these to ensure all changes are made as expected. No further action is required from users at this time.
